Information

The gathering of information is our first and most important step. Generally we require the architectural floorplans of the project, and a door schedule if it is available, in other cases a sales representative visits the customer to make an analysis of all the requirements needed for the project.

Specification

In the market of the Arquitectural door and hardware industry, the term specification is used to refer a technical and official document that states all of the features, materials, door types and accessories a door needs in order to comply with regulations and requirements of each project and identify how each opening is formed. The resulting documents are Division 8 specifications, which include specifications, door and frame schedule, and hardware schedule.

Quote / Estimate

Once our esitmating department has all the information, a quote is made according to customer requirements and depending on the use of the door, we suggest the best products that fulfill your needs. Usually the price is divided by categories depending on the number of openings in the project. The price also includes the general conditions such as guarantees, payment terms and delivery dates.

Contract Signing

A contract is signed if the customer requires it, so that we can establish the agreements in order to get the job done.

Project Engineering

Once the approval is submitted and we confirm receiving payment your project passes to this department that is responsible for the following steps. Floorplans codification, and elevations per door type to be used as approval submittals.

Installation

Delivery times typically vary between 4 and 7 weeks according to the manufacturers, and products involved in your project. The installation is supervised by a previously assigned resident ensuring PROA that the installation is being done in time and with quality, according to a program agreed between the client and PROA
